The UAlbany Women’s Basketball team start off conference play with a win over Vermont 64-55 at the Broadview center. The Great Danes got off to a fast start. Building a huge lead to 26 point’s in the second quarter.

Although the Great Danes did not shoot well from three they got the job done in the paint Outscoring the Catamounts 40-22. Vermont had no answer for two players in particular. Kayla Cooper, and Kaci Donovan.
