Growing up in the early 90’s I remember being introduced to good R&B music at an early age. I still remember the first time my mother played me Sade. That was a sound I would never forget. The sound of good R&B stuck with during that time period. Fast forward to the present day the sound of R&B seems to be lost. I’m hearing supposed signers trying to rap on all there records, no emotion or unique sound. Early today I was re introduced to good music. Real R&B music. J Lyric is staying true to real R&B with this record.
